No refunds for all items sold.

For pre-order items, Customers must pay the remaining amount and finish the deal within 14 days after stocks arrival. Otherwise customers shall be assumed to have forfeited the right to get the goods, no deposit will be refunded.

Provide 1 year limited warranty for the electronic parts of brand new guitars (except Corona Guitar) and pickups, customers need to bear the shipping cost to the manufacturer and the cost of parts.

Jerber Guitar will use the suitable bubble parcel for goods protection, customers need to bear the risks of lost mail and damages of products caused by mail.

Jerber Guitar reserves the rights for final decision.

 

貨品出門，不設退款。

訂購產品須於到貨後十四日內繳付餘下的款項及交易，否則視為放棄論，訂金不作退回。

提供全新結他 (Corona Guitar除外) 及拾音器電子部分一年有限度保養，顧客需承擔運往生產商的運費和零件費用。

本公司會使用適當的郵包保護貨品，顧客需自行承擔寄失或郵寄過程所導致的損壞。

本公司擁有最終決定權。
